The Immigration Office of each municipality does not issue Permits or Decisions to foreigners.

For the issuance of documents from the Immigration Office, please choose the document you need from the following list, in order to download the application and to receive information about the supporting documents you need. Application can be submitted by the applicant in person (holding his/her Identity Card or Passport) to the corresponding Service of the Municipality of Chania or electronically, provided that the applicant has completed the user identification process. Thank you.
